General information about our UofA rentals:
- All of properties are unfurnished. You will need to provide whatever furniture you wish to have.
- Some of our U of A properties do not require students to submit an application with a parent co-signer. It will be noted in the listing. If this applies to the property you are interested in, do not use the online APPLY NOW buttons to apply online. Instead, contact Jennifer in our office for next steps.
- These properties do not rent by the room. The rate is for the whole property and if people wish to share with roommates, they are responsible for finding roommates to rent with them. We do not find roommates to fill up rooms.
- Most of the properties have free off-street parking. If tenants have a need for additional parking on the street, it is the tenant’s responsibility to buy any street parking permits if one is needed for the neighborhood area where the rental is located.
- Application Fee: $30/person (if a student is using a co-signer, the co-signer must also submit their application in addition to the main applicant)
