Ready to Apply for One of Our Properties?

Applications can be done in our office or online.

We require applications to be submitted for all people over 18 who will live in the property.  You may apply in our office or online. The application fee is $30/person. During the application process we look at income, credit, rental history, criminal background, and savings in the bank.

The following items are required to be submitted with your application:

  • Photo ID
  • Verification of social security number (card or a doc that has number tied to name)
  • Proof of income (2 pay stubs)
  • 3 months of full bank statements (If you do not use a bank but instead use a cash app like Chime, Venmo, Apple Pay, you will need to provide statements from that account. Click here for some basic instructions on how to get statements.)

PLEASE NOTE that we strongly recommend you tour the property before applying as we do not refund application fees if you later decide you don’t like the property. 

To Apply in our Office

To apply in our office, please bring the necessary documents to our office M-F, 9 am through 5:30 pm and Sat., 10 am – 3:00 pm.

To Apply Online

To apply online, click the RENTALS tab on our website. Then when on the rental page, scroll down to the desired property, click the APPLY NOW button.


Complete your application and upload necessary documents. If a 2nd, 3rd, etc. person will be applying for the property with you, they will need to do a separate application and will be prompted to connect it to the other applicant(s).
